Marketing Company Sponsors and Walks for the Make-A-Wish Foundation
eGumball, Inc. joined thousands of participants in the Make-A-Wish Foundation's Walk for Wishes event to help make wishes come true for children with life-threatening diseases. The company was also proud to sponsor the event, and made a sizable donation to support the cause.
Irvine, CA, April 21, 2015 (Newswire.com) - eGumball, Inc. was excited to sponsor and participate in this year’s Make-A-Wish Foundation's Walk for Wishes Events. The Walk For Wishes took place at Fairmount Park in Riverside, CA, on Saturday, April 11th, and also at the Orange County Great Park located in Irvine, CA, on April 18th. eGumball had a significant turnout of employees, along with their family and friends.
This is the first year that eGumball is sponsoring the Walk For Wishes Event and they are excited about sponsoring more in the future. The Make-A-Wish Foundation was thrilled about this year’s family-friendly walk in which participants had the opportunity to help make wishes come true for local children diagnosed with life-threatening diseases. eGumball participants had an enjoyable experience meeting with the Wish families and listening to humbling stories about how the children’s wishes have been granted.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation is a non-profit organization that grants the wishes of children between the ages of 2 ½ and 18 who have life-threatening medical conditions. The Orange County and Inland Empire chapters have been around since 1983. The chapters have granted over 5,000 wishes to children and the number of granted wishes continues to grow.
