IPA Communities Among Highest in the Nation for Online Reputation

PHOENIX, Ariz., May 20, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Liv Avenida, Investment Property Associates’ (IPA) flagship luxury apartment community in Chandler, Arizona, is top in the state for online reputation. According to JTurner’s 2014 ORA© Power Rankings, Liv Avenida ranked 20th in the nation among more than 48,000 communities based on online reputation from aggregated sources including ratings, reviews and resident surveys.

With an aggregate score of 84 on a scale of 0 – 100, Liv Avenida is the only Arizona apartment community ranking in the top 100.

Arbors of Traverse, in Traverse City, Michigan, ranked 83rd in the nation, while Wildwood Meadows in Ludington, Mich. and Liv Ahwatukee in Phoenix, Ariz., ranked third and fifth for the best online reputations in their respective states.
