James was moved to a rehabilitation facility in North Nashville, Kindred Hospital in mid-February. As of this post he has underwent an additional surgery to place a feeding tube, and is going to be hospitalized for an additional 4 to 6 weeks.Mr. Bullard has been visited several times in ICU by neighbor and friend Kristofer Morash.

Mr. Morash spoke to Mr. Bullard, making him aware that at the home-front, his trailer and possessions were secure, and his two pet cats were being cared for.He was ALSO advised that his residential bills (electric, rent ect.) were soon to be past due, and or due for disconnection. (Months of Jan, Feb, March 2015 and upcoming months.)

Help those who can not help themselves.

Scott Overstreet

Being aware that Mr. Bullard’s S.S.I. was being direct deposited and accruing in his Bank account, Mr. Morash attempted to have Mr. Bullard relay how to address accessing his funds to pay the outstanding bills for him. Mr. Bullard (who is unable to speak) was unable to legibly write the name of his Bank or any information concerning how to pay his outstanding residential bills.

After informing his few family members,(none of which live near Rutherford Co.),of Mr. Bullard’s condition and where he is interned, all of which stated they were in no financial position to assist Steve.

Out of desperation, his friends and neighbors, Kristofer Morash, Scott Overstreet, Penni Godwin, Jeremy Godwin have started a Go Fund Me fundraising campaign for Mr. James Steven Bullard :nickname (Spanky)
