HelpCrunch has closed the first round of funding, raising $500K in investment from a venture capital firm and an angel investor.

HelpCrunch, a tech startup headquartered in Silicon Valley, has announced the closing of the first round of investment. The company has raised $500K from a professional venture capital firm. Most of the received funding is planned to put towards extending HelpCrunch functionality and adding new talents to the team.

HelpCrunch product idea came up as a solution to poor customer engagement and lack of in-app personalization tools. “Our solution is built around app users to provide superior customer support and engagement with no spam messages. We put emphasis on personalized, relevant interactions always,”- says Serge Morozov, CEO of HelpCrunch.

HelpCrunch offers a robust tool for mobile businesses to engage with their customers.
