HelpCrunch Announces New Integration with Slack

HelpCrunch has integrated with Slack team communication platform to provide the most convenient notification system for its clients.

HelpCrunch, the complete in-app communication, support and engagement platform for mobile applications, today announced the integration with Slack messenger. With the integration, HelpCrunch is able to provide real-time notifications from HelpCrunch admin panel inside of designated Slack team channels. The real-time alerts sent from HelpCrunch to Slack will deliver the necessary information regarding end-user incoming messages timely and allow businesses to manage client communication more efficiently.
