Grammy Nominated Artist Tony Grant to Perform for 19th Annual Komen Charlotte Race for the Cure

Famed actor and R&B vocalist will perform live at Komen's Race for the Cure on Saturday, October 3rd, at Marshall Park in uptown Charlotte, NC

​Tony Grant, globally acclaimed R&B artist and actor is giving a special performance to benefit breast cancer research on Saturday morning, October 3 at 9:00am at Marshall Park in uptown Charlotte, NC.

Tony will be performing one inspirational solo song for the crowd of thousands Komen Breast Cancer survivors and supporters. The performance will take place during the Survivor Celebration which is a beautiful and magical part of the Race for the Cure experience.

Komen’s Race for the Cure is largest 5k fund-raising event in the Carolinas and averages $1 to 1.2 million raised annually. Komen is synonymous with breast health/breast cancer  services (to include mammograms and diagnostic test for the uninsured/under insured) and breast health education across a 13 county service area in North Carolina. The race is on par with larger cities like St. Louis, Chicago, New York and Detroit.

The 19th Annual Komen Charlotte Race for the Cure will be a celebration of hope and survival, and a well-orchestrated fund raising experience.

About Tony Grant
