Former Morris-Jenkins GM Joins Falcone Crawl Space

Falcone Crawl Space and Structural Repair recently appointed Anne Gannon as General Manager effective October 26, 2015. Gannon will work closely with Falcone owners, Fred and Melissa Falcone.

“Fred and I realized our business had grown to a point that we needed to bring in someone with general manager experience. Usually we promote from within, but everyone on our team agreed that we should look outside the company for this important role. We found a perfect match in Anne, who shares our values and boasts an incredible track record,” said Melissa Falcone.

It is important to me to associate with a progressive company that provides superior service and values to its' customers and employees.

Anne Gannon, General Manager

Founded in 2006, the Charlotte-based foundation repair company has grown to be one of the best in the residential repair industry with numerous awards and accolades to their name. Family-owned Falcone, sets itself apart by doing more than just performing repairs. They strive to create a full customer experiences for every Falcone customer by utilizing employees that truly love their job.  It was this mindset that drew Gannon to Falcone in the first place.

“It is important to me to associate with a progressive company that provides superior service and values to its' customers and employees. Falcone is that company. With its exceptionally high rating by customers, coupled with 'a no shortcuts acceptable' mentality, Falcone is poised to be an industry leader in this area. I am delighted to have the opportunity to be part of that success. In addition, who would not want to work for a company that allows you to bring your dog to work,” said Gannon.

Previously, Gannon spent 13 years at Morris-Jenkins Heating and Conditioning, six of them acting as general manager. During that time, she led the company to a notable increase in revenue and overall profits. It was by increasing efficiency, and maximizing employee strengths, that Gannon and the rest of the Morris-Jenkins team saw the company become one of the largest and most profitable in the industry.

“I have a Master's degree in Accounting and believe the key to success in running a business is to have accurate data and to use it to guide you to make the best decisions for the company. Numbers don't lie! My entire management career has been in the service industry and I have helped grow several companies to the largest and most successful in their respective industry,” said Gannon.

Gannon will devote her time to determining Falcone’s strengths and weaknesses, and what would be the best steps for the company to take as they step into this new chapter. In the future Falcone intends to open new branches across the Carolinas and expand the range of services they offer.

“The owners and leaders of the company, Fred and Melissa Falcone, rigorously enforce the company's high standard of work and ethics. They are visionaries and have a clear picture of how they want the company to grow and develop in the future. As general manager, they provide me with great latitude and discretion in my role and are most receptive to recommendations for our future growth. Best of all, they are a lot of fun to work with!” said Gannon.
