“We’re trying to generate a new, educated perspective on the towing business,” said Towing Solutions co-owner Brad McIntosh. “Our approach is focused on measurable metrics and efficient operations,” McIntosh said, adding that many towing operators understandably are more enthralled with their pricey equipment than firm financials.
Towing company owners need to flip that equation, advises McIntosh, one half of a partnership that “lives and breathes” the towing and recovery business, each having obtained valuable experience at Sandy’s Towing, a well-regarded Dayton-based towing and recovery company.
