Demo Day Leads Strongsville's Towne Center Revitilization Project

Mayor Perciak joins the Architectural Justice team on demo day this Thursday.

Mayor Perciak and other City officials from Strongsville will join James Justice and his team from Architectural Justice to help demo the old gas station site at 13593 Pearl Road this Thursday, August 20th at 10am.  Located in the middle of Strongsville’s Towne Center, this site will become the home for Architectural Justice’s new Design Center + Café.

“We are very excited to join the Strongsville community and to be the first to contribute to the revitalization of Towne Center District” says Justice.   The new design center will offer a variety of unique interior products for the home, all in a gallery setting.  In addition to showcasing the latest designs for the home, the site will also feature a café and cooking school on premise.   “We want everyone who walks into our new design center to have a exceptional experience, whether it’s from a design inspiration or from a wonderful culinary experience—it  should be unique and fun.” says Justice.

The new site will be an extension of the company’s existing site which is located in Medina.  The Medina showroom itself is a destination offering 20,000 square feet of showroom space and on-site shops for granite, cabinetry, cast stone and ornamental iron.

The Architectural Justice Design Center + Café will be one of many new businesses which will aid in the revitalization of the Towne Center District.  Just south of the Historical Village, another developer has plans to renovate the existing shopping center and build a new 10,000 square multi-tenant building.
