Community Care, Inc. Welcomes Three New Members to Its Board

Community Care, Inc., a nonprofit long-term care organization based in Brookfield, Wis., recently added three new members to its board of directors.

Community Care, Inc., a nonprofit long-term care organization based in Brookfield, Wis., recently added three new members to its board of directors.

Kimberly Kane, founder of Kane Communications Group, a strategic communications firm, and former television news anchor at WTMJ4-Milwaukee, brings to the board a wealth of knowledge in developing internal and external marketing, communications and public relations strategies and campaigns.

Lori Stortz, CPA, the chief audit executive at the University of Wisconsin System, has 30 years of experience overseeing auditing, accounting and financial reporting functions in various leadership roles.

Dan Brophey, CPA, retired as partner from the state’s oldest public accounting firm in 2013 after 40 years of service. He has extensive experience working with nonprofit organizations that require government compliance audits.

Community Care serves the long-term care and health needs of more than 10,000 older adults and adults with disabilities in eastern Wisconsin through the coordination and delivery of supportive and medical care services.
