BIA Home & CondoQuest Offers Diverse Options For Home Buyers

The region's largest open house features dozens of new properties

The BIA of Central Ohio announced today its annual Home & CondoQuest will take place April 18-19 and 25-26, noon to 6 p.m. The free open house event gives prospective buyers the chance to scope out the area’s best selection of new homes and condos in neighborhoods all across central Ohio. Home & CondoQuest is free to the public.  Prices for homes and condos featured on the tour will offer something for buyers in every price range.

“Home & CondoQuest takes home buyers inside a widly diverse collection of brand new homes and condos, giving them the unique opportunity to visit dozens of homes in every price range in just about every community,” said BIA of Central Ohio Executive Director Jim Hilz. “First-time home buyers, busy professionals, families, and empty nesters love the chance to see so many newly constructed homes in a pressure-free environment over the two biggest weekends for home sales.”

"It's a great time to buy a new home, and we have a fantastic and diverse selection of new properties for attendees to tour."

Jim Hilz, BIA of Central Ohio Executive Director

Home & CondoQuest attendees can experience many unique and functional floor plans, including first-floor owners' suites, two-story homes, gourmet kitchens and finished lower levels in some of the area’s most popular neighborhoods and school districts. Many of the homes and condos are in communities that offer the most desirable amenities, such as walking paths, clubhouses, fitness centers, swimming pools and more.

The BIA will launch a brand new, user-friendly website for Home & CondoQuest attendees. The site will allow users to view all of the homes and condos participating in this year’s event. A map with search criteria helps pinpoint homes that will suit a particular family’s needs. Visitors are invited to check out biahomeandcondoquest.com starting March 15 to begin planning their Home & CondoQuest weekend. Users will also find information about the BIA’s Home and CondoQuest mobile app which features a GPS system, allowing attendees to easily navigate between properties.

“The BIA is excited about this year’s event and partnership with our builders,” Hilz said. “It’s a great time to buy a new home, and we have a fantastic and diverse selection of new properties for attendees to tour.”
