Australian Off Shore Loans Designed to Attract Chinese Real Estate Investors - Announcement by UCHK Consulting Ltd

Australian and Permanent Residents are the biggest winners with up to 80% LVR (loan valuation ration) being offered.  Foreign investors are offered up to 70% LVR.

According to Mr Talbot, the higher the loan amount, the greater the savings with the rate dropping for loans above one million:

  • Loans 500,000 + > 2.00% > Indicative HK Dollar Rate 
  • Loans 1,000,000 + > 1.75% Indicative HK Dollar Rate 

Bank finance for property investors is critical, for loans above one million the rate can be as low as 1.75%, providing a significant $30,000 plus savings.
