Apex Lifts Makes Bid For Success With New Bid Manager, Rowena Montanaro

Apex Lifts have hired a new Bid Manager, Rowena Montanaro. Her job role will entail writing and managing bids for new projects, from lift installations to service and maintenance contracts.

Apex Lifts welcomes Rowena Montanaro to the team; as Bid Manager, Rowena’s role will include writing and managing bids and tenders, winning business and developing marketing materials.

Following a 9 year stint as an Urban Design consultant at AMEC Foster Wheeler, an international engineering and environmental consultancy, Rowena brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of sustainable land planning and effective bid writing to the company. From managing large scale bids, to organising a range of built environment projects, she’ll be helping to raise the profile of Apex Lifts within the London building industry.

As well as being able to manage and secure future projects, Rowena also brings a creative flair to the job; she has a Master’s Degree in Urban Design from Oxford Brooks and excellent graphics skills. 

This fits with the Apex Lifts goal to continue to reinvent the company, through hiring staff with fresh and interesting ideas about the lift industry.

When she’s not writing, researching and meeting tight deadlines, Rowena can be found blogging, cooking new gluten-free recipes, gardening and travelling around the US, Europe and East Asia.
