Toronto, Canada, January 15, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The Victoria Cool Aid Society is a registered non-profit charity determined, with their partners, to end homelessness in the Capital Region of Victoria, British Columbia. For decades Cool Aid has worked to provide support services and housing for homeless and vulnerable members of the community. Currently they have a plan to develop over 360 apartments for people in need of a home, providing long term community benefit and reducing the financial burden on government.
As the Society continued to grow, they came to the realization that their current donation management software, Sage Fundraising 50, failed to provide the advanced functionality they needed to grow their donation base. “In order to improve our fundraising we needed a more flexible tool”, comments Hope Roberts, Manager of Finance at Victoria Cool Aid Society. “It had to meet our expected needs, while also providing tools such as social media monitoring and future integration to our ERP system.
