The Soul of Yoga is offering all morning classes free to all.
- 8:30am Meditation
- Pranayama breathing, guided visualization, chanting, and stillness.
- 9:00am Sacred Movement with Tom & Trisha Kelly
- A deeply spiritual class featuring a graceful flow of Asana set to inspirational music with encouraging, enlightening messages woven throughout.
- 9:30am Prenatal Yoga with Amanda James
- Gentle yoga postures, breathwork and meditation support pregnancy and prepare students for childbirth.
- 11am Soul Talk with Tom and Trisha Kelly and live music from the Soul Band
- An inspirational talk on a relevant topic, short meditation, chanting and Soul Celebration!
- 11am Soul Sunday School for Kids
- Soul Sunday School for Kids: Inspiring harmony and self-awareness through dance/yoga/art and creative play. (Donation based)
*Morning classes till noon free, and evening classes will run as normally scheduled.
