March 15, 2014 (Newswire.com) - The Pavilion on 62nd, a premium student apartment complex near the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, announced today that they are hosting a grand reopening party to commemorate the front clubhouse makeover. The $3,000,000 renovation includes a new patio, upgraded gym, game room, new volleyball court and new leasing space. The party will be hosted in the newly renovated clubhouse on March 13th from 4-7PM and will feature live music from DJ Ruckus.
