Pamela Madore Of The Pink House Team At Keller Williams Realty Has Completed training at Keller Williams Realty in Amarillo, Texas, has completed training at Keller Williams Realty's International Office in Austin, Texas.
Online, August 18, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Madore recently completed the training Recruit-Select-Train-Lead-Motivate at Keller Williams University located at Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI). The four day training was presented by Mark Willis, CEO of Keller Williams International.

The "Train" portion of the training is focused on the first 100 days on the Team. This gives each member an opportunity to be trained in a systematic and orderly fashion. A strong foundation is built at the very beginning of each member's training. Although the roles on the Team vary, the 30-40 days are quite similar. At the end of the first 30-40 days the training becomes more role specific.
