Business Improvement specialists, Oliver Wight, are launching a user group for their Australian customers. The inaugural meeting of the Proven Path Club will be held at the Foster's Carlton & United Brewhouse in Melbourne on the 2nd December 2010.

The Oliver Wight Proven Path Club, which has been running successfully in the United States and Europe for more than 20 years, is designed to provide an opportunity for Oliver Wight clients, past and present, to network, share experiences and exchange ideas.

The launch meeting of the Australian club will offer an extensive programme of stimulating and challenging presentations from Oliver Wight clients, large and small, representing a variety of different industries. Among the companies presenting are:

Simplot Australia: on how it has maintained superior planning & control performance for more than a decade.

Treasury Wine Estates: on how it is using integrated business planning to integrate wine planning and financial projections and performance.

Speakers will share the ups and downs of their successful journey towards their ultimate destination of business excellence, and demonstrate the substantial short term gains that can be made along the way.

Oliver Wight have established the Australian Proven Path Club in response to requests from customers to have greater access to other Oliver Wight clients. "There is certainly a lot to be gained from hearing the experiences of others," says Oliver Wight Managing Partner, James Small. "Our clients are very eager to know what other organisations are doing with us and the Proven Path Club provides the perfect platform for them to do that."

Oliver Wight intend to hold Proven Path Club meetings twice annually; one each in Melbourne and Sydney.
