At London Presence, Made Simple's Virtual Office service, we think we've come up with a solution to this pesky problem; Our Mail Forwarding Service.
Here's how it works…
Once you have signed up for our Mail Forwarding Service you have permission to use our London address as your contact address (there are particular instances when you can't use our address - please see our site for more information). Now, whenever we receive an item of mail for you that requires a signature, we'll sign for it.
What happens next with the mail is up to you. We can:
• Post it again, this time via Royal Mail First Class (This way no signature is required at your end)
• Post it via Royal Mail Special Delivery (A signature is required at your end but we can arrange to have all your mail forwarded on a Friday. This means you'll receive your mail on the Saturday)
• Hold the item for you to collect at a time suitable to you (Between Monday - Friday, 9am -5:30pm) from our London office
Our London Mail Forwarding Service is available in a number of different packages:
• Mailbox Basic
• Mailbox Plus
• Mailbox Pro
With each package offering differing levels of flexibility in regards to what we can do with your mail.
The Mail Forwarding Service can also be combined with our Telephone Answering Service via our different Virtual Office packages.
