This project, led by VA's National Center for Collaborative Healthcare Innovation (NCCHI), is part of their mission to provide the best and most advanced healthcare possible for Veterans and the healthcare staff who serve them. VA Palo Alto Health Care System will be the first to pilot the solution.
The Palarum Staff Safety SmartBadge System uses leading-edge communication and location detection technologies that allow hospital staff to instantly notify other colleagues that they need assistance and their exact location.
