Mueller Prost Adds Two Partners in January
Matthew Fraizer, CPA, CCA, and W. Guy Crouch, CPA, Become Newest Mueller Prost Partners
St. Louis, Missouri, January 21, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Effective January 1, 2016, Matthew Fraizer, CPA, CCA, Director of Construction Services at Mueller Prost, was promoted to Partner. He will continue to lead Mueller Prost’s Construction Services group and becomes the firm’s 15th partner and 3rd Senior Manager promoted to Partner in the last 12 months.

Fraizer has over 17 years of external and internal audit experience working with a variety of large public and small private companies. Throughout his career he has specialized in the construction, post-acute healthcare, and financial services industries. Prior to joining Mueller Prost, Fraizer was the head of Financial and Advisory Services for CBIZ Risk and Advisory.
Fraizer is not the only new partner in January. Effective, January 18th, 2016, Strategic Accounting Solutions, an accounting firm providing services to clients in California and Missouri for over 10 years, has merged with Mueller Prost. Guy Crouch, CPA, Owner and CEO of Strategic Accounting Solutions, will join Mueller Prost and serve as one of the firm’s 16 Partners.
