He will also provide service to established and potential customers.
The Customer Service/Sales Department at LTI assists customers with information and orders for all of the services offered by the laboratory, including materials testing, nondestructive testing, failure analysis, specimen machining, dimensional inspection and calibration. To keep pace with the demand for these services, there was a need to expand the Department with another experienced employee familiar with the needs of our customers. Brad McVaugh, Customer Service Supervisor said, "All of our testing and calibration services are performed at one location, so our team of sales and service representative is trained to handle all the requirements of each customer. We believe in one-stop convenience and hassle-free service; that keeps our customers coming back to LTI."
Before joining Laboratory Testing Inc., Joe was employed as a Sales Representative by Evraz North America in the Flat Products Group selling hot-rolled carbon and alloy discrete plate, heat-treated plate, cut-to-length plate, and coil out of its Claymont, DE and Portland, OR mills.
