"I left the industry after relocating to the Midlands from further North but really missed the whole excitement of working in events. When this opportunity came up I just couldn't resist. I love getting in to the heart of a company and understanding the way they tick, then being able to identify how we can actually make a difference and have an impact on them" explains 29 year old Amy.
Top Banana creates and delivers events all over the world for major brands such as Bacardi, Bentley and Morgan Sindall.
MD Nick Terry said of the move: "It's been a tough year in the industry, but investing in our future is essential to grow the business in line with our aspirations for the next five years".

Amy has previously worked on events for clients in the retail, fashion and fast food sectors and is keen to bring this experience to bear on the broad range of Top Banana's clients.
