Online, December 14, 2012 (Newswire.com) - KBE Building Corporation (KBE) (www.kbebuilding.com) welcomes Robert Baumann as Project Executive. He will be based in the firm's Mid-Atlantic office in Columbia, MD.
As Project Executive, Mr. Baumann is responsible for the overall management of select projects, and works with the KBE team to develop and execute project management quality assurance plans. He ensures that all contractual requirements are met and is ultimately accountable for the project team's adherence to the client's schedule and budget.
Mr. Baumann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and was certified as a LEED Accredited Professional in June 2009.
Previously, Mr. Baumann was Vice President of Coakley & Williams Construction, an 86-year old construction firm based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Baumann was also previously employed as Senior Project Manager and Vice President of Columbia Construction Company, a Boston-based commercial construction firm that serves the northeast and mid-Atlantic.
