Bestowed upon the finest properties in North America, recipients of this distinguished award must undergo a rigorous evaluation process by a member of the American Automobile Association (AAA). The process focuses on management and staff, housekeeping and maintenance, decor, ambiance, amenities, and guest services, to name a few.
Less than 4 percent of the more than 31,0000 properties approved by AAA receive this award. The InterContinental at Doral Miami is proud to become part of this select group of properties this year.
