ISO 9001:2008 Compliance Reflects Deep Commitment to Quality Management System and Organizational Improvement
Online, May 12, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Integrity Management Services, LLC (IMS), a Veteran-Owned Small Business, has received the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 certification for the entire company's operation quality management system. IMS' quality management system was assessed by Performance Review Institute Registrar (PRI), a full-service non-profit certification body accredited by the ANAB. The quality management system is applicable to sales, development, testing, installation and support of statistical analysis software.
The 9001:2008 international standard is one of the most widely adopted and is published by the ISO. It ensures that organizations are striving to meet and exceed customers' requirements and satisfaction through continuous improvement.
The award of ISO 9001:2008 certification indicates that IMS has implemented a quality management system that enables it to consistently provide product and services that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
