An East London based school of stage and screen has released an inspired and emotionally charged music video, created exclusively by its students to demonstrate their committed support to improving the lives of young people less fortunate.
March 24, 2014 (Newswire) - Inspired by the work of UNICEFs 'The Rights of The Child' Convention and funded by Tower Hamlets Youth Opportunity Fund, the 'Young and Talented' students combined creativity, energy and talents together in collaboration with a team of professionals, to create a music video featuring young performers from 10 different nationalities!
With this year marking the 25th anniversary of a promise to campaign for children's rights, UNICEFs 'The Rights of The Child' convention has made amazing progress to improve and better the lives of children everywhere. However in an ever changing world where new problems are constantly impacting on those who are most vulnerable, the hardest to reach children are suffering more than ever, both within the UK and abroad.
Founder and artistic director Suzann McLean commented - "Young and Talented is dedicated to helping young people develop to their full potential and have the best opportunities to succeed. The Rights of The Child is something we feel strongly about, so what better way of showing support than helping spread the word using our creativity and talents! Every child has the right to a good standard of life and we're thrilled to be playing our part"
The 'Young and Talented' is a unique and progressive theatre school with a difference. Adopting a holistic approach combined with high calibre coaching and a national reputation for excellence, the school of stage and screen has been nurturing, developing and encouraging raw talent in the nations youth.
