The Colloquium which took place in INLEAD campus witnessed the presence of eminent leaders from healthcare industry with Dr. Dilpreet Brar [Regional Director-Fortis Memorial Research Institute] as the Chief Guest and Dr. Narottam Puri [Medical Advisor- Fortis Healthcare and Chairman NABH] as the Guest of Honor.

While Dr. Sumit Prasad, GM, Columbia Asia emphasized that 50% of customer satisfaction is dependent of non-clinical factors which can achieved only through efficient administration, Dr. Kawaljeet Singh, Facility Director at Fortis Flt. Lt. Rajan Dhall enlisted the reason for rise in the cost of care and concluded the important role of Healthcare Administrators in controlling the same.
