The FS-OEO 8000 optical transport platform product series includes optical fiber link wavelength converters, optical system control boards, optical switch line protection cards, as well as FS-OEO800 optical transport platform chassis. The platform is the industry's most compact, highest-density transport system, and features built-in testing and rapid turn up capabilities that significantly increase ease-of-use.
FS-OEO800 optical fiber link wavelength converter is especially applied to optical transport systems such as 125M/155M/622M/1G/2G5/s SDH/SONET, 10G Ethernet. The FS-OEO800 converter can access four channels of signals at a rate up to 10Gbit/s at C-Band, and converts the signals into DWDM standard wavelength compliant with ITU-T G.694.1 or CWDM standard wavelength compliant with ITU-T G.694.2.
FS-OEO800 board includes FS-OEO800-SCF Control Board and FS-OEO800-TMUX optical service board. The FS-OEO800-SC control board is built with high speed ARM9 processor, and provides large data processing capacity and supports graphical user interfaces, helping to realize intelligent service configuration, refined management and maintenance, and rapid network deployment. FS-OEO800-TMUX-10G is a kind of Muxponder service board which can achieve multiplexing of eight Gigabit Ethernet services to a 10G link, thereby reduces wavelength requirements of the WDM system.
Besides, FiberStore also introduces FS-OEO800 Comprehensive Optical Transport Platform Chassis with 2, 4, 8 slots, which can be configured with optical transponder boards, optical add/drop multiplexer boards, optical mux/demux boards, optical amplifier boards as well as optical line protection boards.
