Headquartered in Roseburg, where its Base Camp I is located, FCR will use its new Eugene Base Camp 2 offices as a gathering space for client visits, strategic planning, company meetings and events and as a regional office site for some employees. The new office space provides the company and its clients direct and easy access to the Eugene Airport and Interstate 5 Highway.

"We are excited about the possibilities of expanding our operations further into the Eugene area and anticipate this space will become an integral part of our business operations and continued growth," said Matthew Achak, President of First Call Resolution. " FCR's robust growth has made possible the addition of this new facility and we anticipate the grand opening to be approximately July 1st of this year."

"We believe the Base Camp concept is ahead of its time and a uniquely strategic concept that more and more forward leaning companies will be embracing in years to come," said John Stadter, CEO. "The idea revolves around building centrally and strategically located facilities which serve as not only gathering place for clients and colleagues to come together in geographically convenient locations, but also a new managerial model which allows our operational team to be completely mobile, engaged across all sites, and less centralized, thus creating a single cohesive team working towards a unifying common goal."
