Both game play and the movies have this storyline, although both of them are carried about by different means. With the zombie films, games, and other things that have been born of the genre, there have come zombie walks. These are very popular, among young adults and teenagers. Residents of Leicester City took it upon themselves in the summer of 2011 to stage a zombie walk, upon learning that the council did not have a zombie apocalypse plan. In Birmingham, there is an annual zombie walk that has been set up, for people to gather and have fun. Zombie walks are done for many reasons, the largest one being that people are taken in by the zombie craze, and simply want to express their love of the genre fully.
