Duck Proscuitto - House cured Duck Breast served with fresh Grapefruit Supreme, aged and shaved Granda Padana Parmesan then finished with a Citrus Gastrique
Moules Mariniere - Prince Edward Island Mussels with white win, cherry tomatoes, parsley, butter Garlic Aioli and fresh crouthons.
Pan Roasted Halibut - Wilted Leeks, Bacon Lardons, Smoked Tomato Sauce
DT's Fettuccini and Meatballs - Housemade Lobster Fettuccini, Herb Seafood Meatballs, Parmesan Cream
