Couple Funds Comedy Series Through Princess Birthday Parties

Online, August 10, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Married producers and up-and-coming actors, Josh Bednarsky & Brianne Sanborn,hope to raise $8000 through "crowd-funding" to cover the production costs of their jointly scripted comedy web-series, "Crowned" by offering rewards such as singing
telegrams and princess birthday parties.

Based off of Sanborn's real life experiences, "Crowned" tells the story of lowly grad student, Macey Edwards, who accepts a job as a party princess only to realize its not a fairytale.

The series will feature members of The Groundlings & The Upright Citizens Brigade(both notorious for churning out SNL cast members) as well as the couple themselves.

A popular trend growing within suburban and city communities, party princesses are hired to make special appearances as Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty at luxury birthday parties and special events alike. In some cases, the Princesses sing and
play games too.

Supporters have an opportunity to fund the project through online crowd-funding website, Kickstarter, with charming rewards such as $5 for "a princess kiss blown in your general direction", to $200 for "a zany singing telegram from one of the princesses from Crowned" to $2500 for the King and Queen package involving a
princess party, personalized videos, a cameo in the film, a full HD download of the film, and more.

Bednarsky and Sanborn are the first to offer Princess parties, Princess videos, and Princess Skype-calls as rewards in a Kickstarter campaign.

The script is finished and Season One will contain 8 episodes (each 5-10 minutes in length) and funds raised will be applied to the cost of a cinematography, sound, lighting, rentals, wardrobe, makeup, locations, animation, editing, post-production and special effects and getting the best talent cameos.
