Connecticut Real Estate Investors Assn. (CT REIA) Announces July 2011 Meeting And 8th Anniversary Celebration

On July 11, 2011 the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) will be hosting its 8th anniversary celebration and monthly meeting with pre-foreclosure expert Bob Lachance.

The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Bob Lachance, is announcing its July 2011 monthly meeting for real estate investors. This seminar will also celebrate CT REIA's 8th anniversary. This seminar will take place on Monday July 11, 2011, from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 100 Berlin Road, Cromwell, CT. This seminar is free for CT REIA members and $30 for not-yet-members. There will be plenty of raffle prizes, giveaways, and networking opportunities for attendees.

Bob Lachance is one of the most successful pre-foreclosure negotiators in the nation. Bob started in the pre-foreclosure business in 2004. Upon retirement from hockey, Bob joined NSE as an associate responsible for property acquisitions and lender negotiations. Bob quickly became recognized amongst his "team" as NSE's top loss mitigator. Bob generated more short sale acceptance letters and loan workouts in a shorter time frame than any NSE team member before or since. His outstanding performance led to a promotion to partner in 2005. Since he has been with NSE, Bob has successfully negotiated over 300 short sales and loan workouts nationwide.

Attendees will learn: how to set up a short sale business, even with a full time job; where to find the best pre-foreclosure leads before everyone else; how to monetize every lead; how to set up a step-by-step system the day after you leave this seminar; how to market with no money and get maximum response; how to work with real estate agents on short sales; how to outsource a majority of the work; how to cut your negotiating time with banks; how to run a successful real estate business; the most effective ways to organize and manage your investment property business; how to create multiple profit centers; how to flip a short sale; and much more.
