Connecticut Artist Tyler Farmen's Work Featured at New Morning Market in Woodbury
Artwork On Display Inside Store Throughout the Month of June
Online, June 9, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Throughout the month of June, the newly relocated New Morning Market in Woodbury is featuring the work of local artist Tyler Farmen, owner of TWF Creative Consultants and an art teacher at Rumsey Hall School in Washington Depot, CT.
New Morning Market is located at 129 Main Street North, Woodbury, CT 06798. The market sells a wide variety of natural and organic foods and drink, and features a dining area.
After seeing one of Mr. Farmen's abstract compositions, Ellen Grickis, the interior designer at New Morning's newly opened Woodbury location, decided that the painting style would work well in the market. Following visits to the artist's studio and the evolving market, Ms. Grickis and Mr. Farmen agreed that many of his artworks would complement the store.

Tyler Farmen was born in Washington, CT in 1982. He received a BA of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY in 2004. Tyler lived and worked as a designer in New York until 2006, when he moved back to Connecticut, and is currently teaching K-5 Art classes and working on various creative projects. Tyler has a wide range of work from painting and sculpture to graphics and fashion, and his client list includes names such as DKNY and Perrier Jouet. His ambition is to make people approach what they look at every day with new value.
