Collegiate, Professional Teams to Offer Expert Insight at In-Stadium Fan Experience Summit

Best Practices in Season Ticket Holder Retention, Parking, Concessions Among Discussion Topics at Inaugural Conference

The In-Stadium Fan Experience Summit will take place in Chicago this July 14-15, bringing together front office professionals from the collegiate and professional sports industries to discuss the most top-of-mind issues surrounding stadium experience. The conference, hosted by Q1 Productions, offers two days of high-level discussions and networking opportunities as well as a wealth of information from league leaders.

Topics for discussion on the In-Stadium Fan Experience Summit agenda include best practices in paperless ticketing, obtaining approval from stadium and city departments for fan initiatives, overcoming parking problems and creating safer ingress and egress operations. Distinguished presenters include Troy Kirby of University of California Davis, Diane Crossey of the Houston Texans, Erin Sheehan of the Atlanta Braves and Bob Laskowski of the Chicago Bears.

"The difference between watching the game on television and being there in person is the in-stadium experience which our groups are responsible for delivering," said Sheehan. "This conference gives professionals the opportunity to network, share best practices and learn new ideas to implement in our own organizations."

The meeting will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn, located in the heart of Downtown Chicago, conveniently located near some of Chicago's most popular attractions such as Millennium Park, the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier and the Museum Campus. A room block has been secured and conference attendees will receive a discounted rate until July 1, 2014.
