Cindi Dixon, CEO of Mela Capital Group Appointed President of the Florida Quality Council

Cindi Dixon, a nationally recognized risk management expert, has accepted the position of President to the Florida Quality Council.

The Florida Quality Council provides dynamic leadership in the awareness and prevention of fraud for the profession of real estate lending. The Florida Quality Council is the voice for quality and awareness of fraud in the mortgage profession: advocating fairness to all lenders, support vendors and homeowners, promoting best practice, and providing exceptional service to its members.

Cindi Dixon also co-owns and operates certified women owned business, Mela Capital Group. Mela Capital Group works with clients from local banks to global financial services leaders. Services include operational risk and IT integration, training development, process improvement, back office workout support, default investigation and comprehensive internal and external response reporting.

Cindi is a frequent presenter and public speaker and author for the finance and banking community. MCG assists US Customs/ICE, the FBI, the US Postal Inspector General and other agencies in unraveling complex criminal schemes involving mortgage fraud.
