ChemLogix Takes Parent Name CLX Logistics LLC

CLX Logisitics Now Enfolds Three ChemLogix Brands: ChemLogix, ChemLogix Global, VistaLogix Global and LHC Consulting

Due to the exponential growth of ChemLogix, LLC in new markets and industry verticals on a global scale, ChemLogix along with ChemLogix Global, VistaLogix Global and LHC Consulting will merge under one brand name and logo to reflect the parent company CLX Logistics, LLC. CLX Logistics' name derives from the former company name ChemLogix, with "Logistics" accurately describing its service offerings that include a full line of transportation and supply chain logistics capabilities on a global scale. Each subsidiary, including the recently established European operations based in the Netherlands, will now operate under the CLX Logistics name and replace its logo and branding to match the evolved company position.

ChemLogix is a leading provider of comprehensive chemical industry transportation management, technology, and supply chain consulting services. ChemLogix Global is a provider of international logistics services and VistaLogix Global is an international provider of supply chain management services and transportation technology focusing on non-chemical verticals. In 2012, CLX Logistics established international operations, and a footprint, with the acquisition of Netherlands-based LHC Consulting.
