Busy Students and Professionals Use Daily Fitness Challenges to Navigate Finals and Holiday Season

To further its mission of revolutionizing the way busy people and students experience fitness, O2 MAX recently teamed up with Cody. "Cody" provides a dead simple way for coaches to publish training plans with video, photo, and text instruction. Coaches can decide to list their plans for free or, if they want to use Cody to earn income, they can list a paid plan. Once published, the plans are available on the FREE Cody iPhone App as well as the website. O2 MAX launched their #12DaysofFitness training plan on Cody to give participants a place to log their daily workouts and to interact with a community of like-minded, ambitious self-starters!
