As Vice President of Operations, Mike will create a strategic and unified approach to operations that will focus on the utilization of shared resources. Most recently, Mike has proven to be an asset to benefitsCONNECT® as the Director of Client Services. During his tenure with the Client Services team he has provided excellent leadership, and with the help of his stellar managers, he has streamlined the Support, Implementation, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) teams. Mike has played an integral part in developing a leadership approach that allows benefitsCONNECT® to run efficiently, and he has provided exemplary customer service to clients and prospects.

Mike joined the benefitsCONNECT® team in 2010, after a successful 13 year career in human resources management. As a HR professional, Mike managed benefits administration in both small companies and Fortune 100 organizations. During those years, he became an expert user of multiple benefits, payroll, and human resource information systems. Prior to his HR career, Mike worked in the technology field as a systems administrator and technical project manager.
