Behavior Frontiers is now an in-network provider for Anthem Blue Cross who provides plans covering applied behavior analysis benefits (ABA) for their members with autism spectrum disorders.
June 25, 2012 (Newswire) - Behavior Frontiers, a non public agency offering solutions to help children with autism and other special needs using state-of-the-art applied behavior analysis (ABA) training and treatment programs, is now an in-network provider for Anthem Blue Cross who provides plans covering applied behavior analysis benefits (ABA) for their members with autism spectrum disorders.
Under this new coverage, families will be provided with custom ABA treatment plans delivered by Behavior Frontiers' knowledgeable and highly trained clinical staff members using accurate and results-driven ABA methods to improve the quality of life for children and their families. Anthem has agreed to cover a minimum of six months of treatment for HMO patients as long as the services are deemed "medically necessary" by healthcare providers and offered under the supervision of licensed professionals.
"Behavior Frontiers is pleased to be an in-network provider for Anthem Blue Cross of California and other health care plans so that our expert clinicians can provide effective ABA treatment to children with autism spectrum disorder once the new mandate goes into effect on July 1, 2012," says Behavior Frontiers Founder, Helen Mader, M.A., B.C.B.A., and "we are honored to have the opportunity to provide this necessary ABA treatment to help improve the lives of families who have children with autism spectrum disorder."
If your child receives benefits from an Anthem Blue Cross plan, please contact Behavior Frontiers Helen Mader at 888-922-2843 and we will verify whether your child qualifies for ABA services.
