Coming off of Season 8 of "America's Got Talent," TellAvision offers unique blend of talent and technology.
January 7, 2014 (Newswire) - After becoming one of the most talked about and celebrated acts in "America's Got Talent" history, Florida-based TellAvision is making their second act even more impressive than their first.
Astonishing and dazzling audiences nationwide by infusing elements such as technology, music, and dance together, the first-of-its-kind live performance art group has been making waves since first showcasing their inimitable talent on the show during Season 8.
In fact, TV host, producer and a judge on the show, Howie Mandel exclaimed he has "never seen anything like" TellAvision before.
Since first appearing on "America's Got Talent," TellAvision has been invited to perform all over the country, having recently performed as the opening act at the Dream Foundation's 12th Annual Celebration of Dreams, which honored the humanitarian award recipient and legendary performer Barry Manilow. The group has also been invited to perform and surprise Rachael Ray with a special birthday performance live on her show.
The live act was initially conceived and developed by the creative team of Dorene Collier and AJ LeBlanc of Event Show Productions. Following two years of concentrated research, Collier and LeBlanc pioneered the concept for TellAvision, a groundbreaking moving storybook using wireless technology to incorporate choreographed video screens synced with live performers, thus helping to "tell a vision."
In addition to be hired as a main performance act, TellAvision's one-of-a-kind technology offers up the perfect element to enhance a live performance by supporting celebrity touring acts, awards shows, performance arts centers, or even a large-scale Vegas show. They can even be hired to help tell a story for a corporate brand with massive impact, through private events or industry trade shows, having recently been hired by a few corporate brands for a powerful trade show performance.
TellAvision's nimble nature also allows for the scalability of the troupe depending on the size and type of an event, as well as the impact looking to be created. This allows Collier and LeBlanc to narrow down its size to as small as six performers for an intimate stage show, or increase it exponentially for something as large as the Super Bowl or Oscars, for example.
"When AJ and I initially envisioned what would then be TellAvision, we hadn't considered the amazing journey we would both be taken on and take others on," said Collier. "We are so delighted to bring this unrivaled new technology that combines our passion for performance art and our love of innovation to the international stage, and we are eager to share it with others."
