KBA Group has been delivering these courses in Singapore since 2006, in Lakes Charles - USA, New Delhi - India and in Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia. With the new accreditation of KBA Europe, candidates are re-assured of the quality of training we deliver worldwide as well as the professionalism of KBA instructors who have over 25 years in the commercial diving industry. Their wealth of diverse training and field experience offer invaluable knowledge and skills to the candidates.
The ALST training is the fundamental course for new entrants to the IMCA Life Support Technician, equips personnel with the necessary skills to control the chamber environment and having the knowledge of physics, physiology and medical aspects so as to support divers in high pressure environments.
The Trainee ADS training comprises of diving physics, anatomy & physiology, plant & equipment, legislation & guidance, air diving emergencies etc; whereas Trainee BDS training comprises of dive systems, system monitoring, chamber procedures, gas handling, diver & emergency evacuation, supervision and leadership etc. Both IMCA ADS and BDS certification will allow commercial divers to supervise complex engineering tasks underwater, be globally recognised as a supervisor and enable them to work worldwide.
"Since our inception of delivering IMCA training courses, we have trained a total of 827 Trainee Air Diving Supervisors, 333 Trainee Bell Diving Supervisors and 703 Assistant Life Support Technicians till date with delegates coming from different countries and nationalities.
