A Smartphone Application, the KNW Card

This Smartphone Application, the KNW Card, electronically stores the information found on business cards for easy managing and distributing.

A business card is one of the most valuable networking tools one has in the quest for increased referrals. A disadvantage to using business cards is that when one is needed, it isn't readily available. If one is talking to a friend and wants to refer him or her to a business, the business's card is on the bulletin board at home, not in one's purse or wallet. No one wants to carry around a multitude of business cards in a purse or wallet. The answer to this dilemma is to store business cards electronically in smartphones, because, in this digital age, it seems that everyone, from toddlers through grannies, has a digital device in their hands or pressed to their ears.

The KNW Card is such a device. A specially designed smartphone application, the KNW Card, electronically stores information found on business cards, providing a technologically advanced way of managing and distributing them. The application makes it easier and faster to give the contact information without having to keep up with a stack of business cards. Test marketing has been completed indicating strong consumer interest in the KNW Card

The Patent Pending KNW Card was invented by German Garrido of Houston, TX,, who said, "When establishing contact with clients and potential customers, the business professional can simply send the digital card by way of a text message to the recipient who, in turn, can save the card on his or her phone by also downloading the KNW Card application. Whenever one needs to contact a personal banker, a doctor's office, a mechanic, or the local barber, he or she need only locate the business in the phone app's menu, press a button, and be instantly connected. The KNW Card will enhance client relations as well as build business."
